We would like to introduce Zhejiang Huaxing Feather & Down Products Co., Ltd., the Vice Director Member of the Board of China Feather-Down Industry Association. It is located by the picturesque Westlake, easy access to the ports of Shanghai and Ningbo, enjoying convenient communication on water, land and air.
We are the factory and corporation combined enterprise certificated with ISO9001:2000 which can offer you the best quality and price. The factory was set up in 1989, focusing on the bedding products such as quilts, pillows, covers, bedsheets, bedspread, and producing washed feather and down etc.
Our factory covers 18,000 squares metres with 800 workers, 7 sets of needle detect machines, 600 sets of sewing machines and 2 suits washing lines. The total production last year(2001) exceeded 520,000 down quilts, 600,000 pillows and cushions,570,000 pillow cases and quilt covers, 200,000 clothes. Besides, we produced 2500 tons of processed feather & down. Whole operation is conducted under a full set of managerial system from science research & product development to manufacturing, management, testing and services.
The sales value reached up to USD26,000,000 and it has been growing at a fast speed in recent years. Our new factory site will expand to 50,000 square meters. We will move there in early next year. Our production capacity is going to be doubled(1,200,000 quilts,1,500,000 pillows and cushions , 400,000 clothes and 3500 tons of washed feather and down per year).
